This practice can:
Slow down the heartbeat and stabilizes emotions
Slow down the pulse and improve sleep
Purifies the lung and regulates cardiopulmonary
Open to individuals of all levels and belief systems, no experience required. Women can practice it during pregnancy.
The only notice is that you need to practice it on an empty or half-empty stomach to get best results.
