A Vertical Framework for Whole-Person Balance

Why the Chakra System?

Explore the seven-chakra framework and its role in Meta Ye's Dual System Harmony Method™.

A Vertical Framework for Whole-Person Balance

The Chakra System is an ancient framework for understanding the human experience as an interconnected whole—physical, emotional, mental, and inner.

Originating in Indian yogic traditions, the seven major chakras are traditionally understood as centers arranged along the body’s central axis, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each is associated with a different dimension of human experience—from grounding and emotional flow to expression, insight, and awareness.

At Meta Ye, the Seven Chakra System represents the vertical dimension of our Dual System Harmony Method™.

Rather than approaching each chakra as an isolated point, we work with the seven chakras as an interconnected system—from root to crown.

Vertical Alignment. From Grounding to Awareness.

And at Meta Ye, vertical alignment is only one dimension of the experience.

The Seven Chakra System works alongside the Twelve Meridian System, creating the two complementary foundations of our approach:

7 Chakras — Vertical Alignment
12 Meridians — Horizontal Integration

Together, they form the foundation of the Dual System Harmony Method™.

A Journey Through the Complete System

Why Work With All Seven Chakras?

The seven-chakra journey moves from grounding toward greater awareness and coherence.

Modern life rarely affects only one part of us.

Stress can be experienced physically as tension, mentally as constant thinking, emotionally as overwhelm, and internally as difficulty feeling grounded, centered, or settled.

This is why Meta Ye does not focus on a single chakra in isolation.

Our Seven Chakra sound sequence progresses through the complete system, creating a structured journey from grounding toward increasingly subtle states of awareness.

The intention is not to “fix” an individual chakra.

It is to create an environment in which the body and mind can slow down, attention can turn inward, and the whole person can move toward greater balance and coherence.

From Grounding to Awareness

The Seven Chakras

Explore the seven traditional centers as an interconnected journey from root to crown.

Root — Grounding & Stability

Traditionally associated with grounding, security, stability, and connection to the physical body.

Our sound journey begins here, inviting attention away from constant mental activity and toward embodied presence.

Sacral — Emotion & Flow

Traditionally associated with emotion, creativity, relationship, adaptability, and flow.

This stage of the journey invites greater softness, receptivity, and awareness of the emotional self.

Solar Plexus — Agency & Inner Strength

Traditionally associated with confidence, personal agency, motivation, and the ability to act with intention.

It represents our relationship with inner strength, direction, and personal power.

Heart — Connection & Integration

Traditionally associated with compassion, connection, acceptance, and emotional balance.

Located between the lower and upper chakras, the heart is often understood as an integrating center within the seven-chakra framework.

Throat — Expression & Communication

Traditionally associated with communication, authenticity, listening, and self-expression.

It reflects the relationship between our inner experience and our ability to express it outwardly.

Third Eye — Awareness & Insight

Traditionally associated with perception, intuition, reflection, and inner awareness.

As the journey progresses upward, attention is invited to become quieter, more focused, and increasingly inward.

Crown — Consciousness & Connection

Traditionally associated with expanded awareness, meaning, and connection beyond the individual self.

It completes the vertical journey—from physical grounding toward greater awareness.

Turning a Traditional Framework Into an Immersive Experience

Why Singing Bowls?

Experience the Chakra System through sound rather than simply understanding it intellectually.

Turning a Traditional Framework Into an Immersive Experience

Understanding the Chakra System intellectually is very different from experiencing it through sound.

At Meta Ye, singing bowls are not used simply to create beautiful or relaxing sounds.

We work with authentic Kasa Full Moon Singing Bowls, using them within a structured sound sequence designed around the framework of the practice.

Layers of sustained tones, harmonic resonance, and vibration create an immersive sensory environment that can make it easier to slow down, release mental effort, and turn attention inward.

Rather than asking guests to concentrate intensely or visualize each chakra, the sound becomes the focal point.

The Chakra System moves from an abstract concept into an experiential journey from grounding to awareness.

You don’t need to understand every chakra to experience the journey.

Why Meta Ye Integrates Two Systems

Beyond the Chakra System

The Chakra System provides the vertical dimension; the Meridian System adds a complementary horizontal perspective.

Why Meta Ye Integrates Two Systems

The Chakra System provides an important vertical framework—from grounding at the root to awareness at the crown.

But human experience is multidimensional.

This is why Meta Ye brings the Seven Chakra System together with another traditional framework: the Twelve Meridian System.

While the chakras create a vertical axis through the center of the body, the meridian system is traditionally understood as a network of interconnected pathways extending throughout the body.

At Meta Ye, we describe these complementary dimensions simply:

7 Chakras = Vertical Alignment

12 Meridians = Horizontal Integration

Bringing these two traditional systems together forms the foundation of our proprietary Dual System Harmony Method™.

Our signature Seven & Twelve Resonance™ experience is where this philosophy becomes an immersive sound practice.

The goal is not simply to use more singing bowls or create more sound.

It is to create a structured, integrated, whole-person sound experience.
